At Gully Sports India, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; our team will review the request within 24-48 hours.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item.
