Do you offer a warranty on cricket bats and sports equipment?
Yes, all our premium equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty against structural defects. Please note that normal wear and tear from match play is not covered.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
Absolutely. We offer a 7-day easy return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Custom-made jerseys or knocked-in bats are excluded from returns.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
